unless you manage to find an alcohol free range of Champagne...Which I doubt very much.

So...yes..why do you think people get so drunk.....It's not just the bubbles.

Yes. I made champagne by making wine with strawberry's in the usual way, then after it had cleared I added the wine to a new culture of yeast,at small amounts a time once the wine starts to ferment it gets stronger "if your lucky"you'll get your champers. Bottling is a other story and can be dangerous unless you have the proper bottles.
