Readings for Rosh Hashanah?

Could anybody please tell me the bible reference for Jeremiah's prophecies for the restoration of Israel? (As read in the synagogue on Rosh Hashanah)

Jeremiah 33 speaks of this....also, interesting that Jesus was 33 when He died on the cross! As prophesied, He will gather and restore all of Israel!
