My sister went on a gain wieght diet, it was something like eat a banana everyday and 2 spoons of penut butter and a few more things. She found it online, i'm use you can do the same. I don't think that fast food is good for the baby haven't you seen the show "super size me" he got diabetes and low blood pressure and all kinds of things. I would also excercise like walking it will make your lower body stronger so that when its time for the baby the contractions wont hurt as much. Congrats & Good Luck! BIG COOTO'S TO THE MOMMY TO BE!

I had some room mates that drank two cans of slim fast with 2 meals a day. They gained weight that way. I tend to gain weight when I'm exercising vigorously and eating lots of protein cause it makes my muscles bulk. You should try the shakes and plenty of protein.

Keep in mnd that muscle weighs more than fat, so eating fatty foods, and loads of it, will make you havier but, less healthy and just leave you with excess fat, what you want really, is more mujscle, muscle is more dense than fat.

I think muslce is 20% more dense than fat. So eat well, a range of foods, and good exercise.

Do what I did. Eat junk all the time and get addicted to computer games. Now I am over 200 pounds. *sigh*
