Considering your stats, I would personally say you are not obese. Check the website below to determine your BMI.
Sleep disorders and disruptions can be caused by stress or chemical imbalances. If you think its because of your weight, check the list below.

Yes even though you sleep enough during the night you are still tired through out the day and even more after you eat. You are considered obesed. This will continue until you lose the weight. You have to fight the urge to sleep also after eating. Do more house work what ever to get you more energized.

Many things effect sleep. Changing seasons, what we eat, depression... it's a huge list. Even too much sleep can make us tired. Are you getting enough exercise? Exercise.. be it walking, aerobics, lifting weights.. which ever you choose, will help to sleep better. Getting enough vitamins & minerals through out the day will help as well. I wouldn't concider you to be obese, perhaps a few pounds over, but nothing extreme. You may have something else wrong... go see your doctor & discuss your concerns & they may be able to help you pin point what the problem is.

Hi... I'm 5'10 and I weighed 190 and was considered obese! I started a diet (Jenny Craig) and I lost 24 lbs already! Since then I sleep much better. I believe weight had a huge impact on my sleep patterns. Since I exercise everyday I sleep much better. Try eating better and exercising! Not only will the lbs shed like crazy but your sleep will improve!
GOOD LUCK!
