I want to make some of these for Christmas but am unsure of the technique. I know one company somehow gets a sugar crust to hold the liqueur then dips that in chocolate but am unsure how to go about that also. Any ideas?

Go to a craft store, try Michelle's.com

They have chocolate molds. Take your melted chocolate and a small paint brush, and brush the sides of the mold, thick enough to not see through the chocolate. put in the frig and let harden. Next, make the liqueur center using Carmel, more chocolate or paste.

Warning: Liqueur will make some fillings curdle.

Fill the molds and cover with more melted chocolate to seal everything in.
