i was wondering why most women (im not sure if it's men aswell) have 2 dimples on their lower back, above the bum cheeks?
and also, if you are a guy, are they atractive at all?

This is because of the shape of the bone underneath.
The lower part of the vertabrae above the coccyx is the sacrum, and it is one bone that is made of 5 forged bones, causing an irregular flat bone. This causes the dimples.

Some men have it and only some women have it, but not everyone. It's something that you get from your parents or grandparents or whatever.

men have them too...

On most men and women you don't see them as they are covered by a layer of fat ( And I don't mean your obese if you can't see them)

But they are there as they are part of the pelvis(historically known as the "dimples of Venus") and are where the sacrum joins the hipbones,

Not all women have them, whether they're thin or not. Dimples are highly genetic. They are actually caused by a small separation or "hole" in the muscle tissue beneath the skin. That's what causes dimples anywhere.

first of all, evryone has them. In women, they're even more pronounced cuz of the shape of the pelvic girdle. Most people have them covered by fat.. and yes, they are cute. I stare at mine whenever I get out of the shower.
