A police officer stops a blonde for speeding and asks her very nicely if he could see her license.
She replied in a huff,
"I wish you guys would get your act together.

It's not if Blonde is funny or not, it's down to human nature, almost all humour is subjective and it has roots in our sub conscience which can be used to manipulate us. Some of the best self deprecating Jewish jokes have been told by Jews. Irish Jokes likewise were best when told by the great Dave Allen. I don't know any red blooded male who would not defend a blonde (or any female with alternative hair colour) from harm. WHY, because blondes don't know how to spell JIHAD OR FATWA.
