Yes it is VERY bad! Your body needs at least 25-30 grams of fat a day to be strong and healthy!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

any exercise burns calories. watch your calorie intake and output. to burn fat off your stomach, do crunches and ab workouts. that would be much more effiecent. you can devote the same amount of time as u do on ur trampoline just once a week and you will see great improvement. dont forget to work all parts of your abs (like also external obliques). good luck!

The "typical person" burns about 2,000 calories a day. Calories are calories, no matter the form (fat, carbs, protien). 4 calories per gram of protien or carbs, and 9 calories per gram of fat. If you are trying to lift, and not necessarily trying to lose weight, you should not be significantly under your RDA of calories (if your body is not getting enough of what it needs, it attacks muscle as well as fat if you are not careful).

you cal intake it too low...you body is going to think it is starving itself(it is in our gene from the caveman days). you should first find your BMR...then make your cal intake 120% of that for regular every day (non woork out days) unless it is over 2000 cals (then top it off here) then just do regular exersize and you will see te weight drop.
