The best place to put your patch is on your upperback. doctors say sometimes your side of your stomache. What ever you do DO NOT put it (if female) ON YOUR CHEST if you have a bra on because the medication will not be distributed correctly and will cause you great pain on your last day of usage.

Just below the armpit is another good place, highly vascular area.
