my son needs information on how to label his audio cd's after he loads songs on them. he bought a new pc and doesn't know how to put the artwork on it. Any ideas???

Depending on the program he used to put the audio file(s) he may be able to use the program to create a CD label, however, he will need to check with the manufactures specifications for the type of "paper" or labels he will need to use. Each manufacture has there own type that they use.

Or he can go to a local walmart or similar type store and find a CD labeling kit.

*Note*
Copying of copyrighted material is a violation of US Copyright laws and could result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Also there are CD burning drives that can actually "print" the artwork right on to the CD these can be expensive so you will need to shop around for the best deal.

Are you talking about the "Light Scribe" disks or Ink Jet paper disks?
