There are some loans that can be discharged if you are teaching in a low income school or in a high need area. Employers sometimes pay off a portion of your loans if you sign an agreement stating you will stay with them for a certain amount of time. Look into these two areas to see if you qualify for either.

When you take out student loans it is made VERY clear that these loans are due no matter what and cannot be considered a part of bankruptcy. If you need to postpone or restructure your payments you may be able to request some adjustments.

Yes there is a financial aid book at any library, it has grants and scholorships for everything there is even a scholorship for having red hair or blue eyes stuff like that I had a lot of small grants and scholorships to help pay for my college. I can't remember what the book is called but your librarian will. Good luck.

Student loans are a financial trap set for our young to make them subservient to the ruling power of the day. (All 'civilized' countries).
For excellent suggestions to get RID of your debts you should check out
'The Student Loan Trap'. Link below.
Good luck,
Pete.
