Yes, but spicy tuna rolls and california rolls are not real sushi. They were made up in America because the people there didn't like the look of raw fish.
Sushi is traditionally very good for you. After all, Japan as the the highest rate of longevity in the world.

My nutritionist (Harvard educated and certified) says that the benefits of eating sushi FAR outweigh any dangers. It is SAFE.
But it's true...Cali rolls are very American. There's no raw fish in any of the foods you mentioned.
Oh, and the comment about food spreading hepatitis is completely FALSE. Hep is spread via blood contact...there is none of that involved in serving seafood!

It might be good or not good, depending upon the freshness.
I have never eaten any because I don't like raw fish of any kind. I will eat raw oysters and that is it. Don't expect to get best answer, just wanted to tell you what I worry about uncooked foods not being fresh.

It's very good for you. There's a reason why Japan has the world's longest life expectancy and most people give credit to the diet (not their parliament).

My faves are crunchy tuna rolls with extra tempura and freshwater eel with extra eel sauce and sesame seeds.
