Good lord! That's a helluva lot of food! My family is Italian but even we don't eat that much. We're having turkey, salad, broccoli, corn, lasagna and pumpkin pie. We've scaled back quite a bit. We only make exactly what everyone eats. Too much food was being wasted.

We have a reunion every year for around 15/20 people:
This is the dishes the we prepare:
*turkey stuffed with mofongo (green palintain smashed with pork cracklings) and pan gravy to go with it
*pork roast w/ beer and guava galzing
*arroz con gandules (rice and green pegeons)
*roasted squash creamy soup
*corn chowder
*roasted baby veggies
*green salad with array of fresh vinaigrets
*apple pie
*pumpkin pie
*yams and marshmellows
*cranberry pineapple sauce
*lobster & crab quiche
*spinach dip
*potato salad
*flan -egg & cheese custard
*shrimp cocktail
* coquito - puertorican style coconut egg nog

I will not be having that much food! Of course, there will only be two of us, so there will probably be some turkey, mashed spuds, corn, rolls, and some type of pie. I will not have too much. Have to try to keep the weight down.

wowwwwww, that's a lot of food!!!!! i myself would love to have some ribs for thanksgiving, but more than likely we'll have the regular- you know, ham turkey, collard greens, dressing, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, different desserts, etc.
