How much is too much?

every single say can cause damage ...
but yet again an expensive good moose or spray wont have that much affect

Too much of anything is not a good thing. I think anything more than the size of a US half dollar is enough.

Try finding a conditioning hair gel, one WITHOUT alcohol in it as alcohol tends to dry the hair at the follicle.

Ensure that you are washing and conditioning on a daily basis.

Well hair gel has alot of stuff to dry your hair our.....so if you use alot then it will dry your hair out,and your hair Will start to break off....it happened to my cousin...then she had to go a year without using it,to restore her hair.Now she uses it every so often.

hi amber u can oil ur hair earlier bathe(there are a number of oils available in marketplace, choose for the single which has distinctive oils jumbled in it or u could properly be conscious one million/4 cup milk for one million/2 hour earlier bathe), use a solid shampoo and conditioner ,loreal and dove grant a solid deal of mosturizing shampoos Use a mousse and different hair anti frizzing products at a similar time as straightening ur hair u can brush them at a similar time as u directly them, like u could desire to carry the comb and straightner at the same time at a similar time as straightning and dont use hair sprays..they're a catastrophe desire it facilitates u :)

anything if applied on scalp can thin your hair..try to put gel only on hair not on scalp.
same goes for conditioners.

i use an extremly lot of gel and it hs not done it to my hair yet
