My mums dog is called cookie which is very cute name and she still wears it well at 9 1/2 years old.
I called my dog Bella because she is just so beautiful.

Funniest thing I ever heard regarding dog's names was from the film 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert'. A man had named his dog 'Herpes' saying if he was good he'd heel. Lol!! You probably wouldn't want to use that one!
How about Minx,JoJo or something describing her looks and/or personality?

Take a drive, the first lorry you see, name it after that. We did that with our dog, Tolly - named after Tolly Cobolt Beer on the side of a truck. (Might want to wait a few trucks if it is a supermarket delivery lorry - sainsburys :$)
