I'm having my wedding at the Castaway (it's in Burbank, so it's not exactly the valley, but very close.) They do everything in one location: ceremony, reception, catering.

How about a winery? I visited a winery in CA two years ago, and they did weddings there- pricey but I'm sure very beautiful. Many were not religous services- but I assume you could arrange to have a clergy member perform a wedding just about anywhere.
