About 3 weeks to a month ago I permed my hair. And now the ends and in the front it's pretty frizzy. I've tried different shampoos and frizz stuff but when it dries and doesnt seem to work.. Should I trim my hair and see if that helps? Before I permed my hair I had NO split ends and it was really smooth but I wanted a change but now I kinda wish I didn't do it.

Sounds like your hair did not like being permed.
Trimming regulary is always a good idea when you have a perm (and since you have split ends, I suggest a trim) but you also need a hair plan.

For Shampooing, use Parnevu T Tree Shampoo.
For conditioning, use Organic Root Stimulator HAIR MAYONNAISE.

I suggest washing + conditioning your hair once a week.

Use Pro-Line PERM REPAIR after each wash+condition.

For GREAT moisturizing, use a small amount of Organic Root Stimulator CARROT OIL daily.
(However, do not use this product the same day you wash + condition- use PERM REPAIR instead.)

Permed hair should always be kept under a satin/silk head scarf every night! wrap your hair before applying the scarf.

The list of products I suggested will all help repair the damage that the perm has caused.

My hair tends to be frizzy, too. I use Zero Frizz Serum on my hair after I shampoo and condition it. I also use Zero Frizz Quick Fix if it still has a little bit of frizz when it's dry. The Zero Frizz line of products does the exact same thing as Frizz-Ease, for alot less money. I get it at Wal-mart.
Hope this helps, I know how annoying frizz can be...Good Luck! :-)

Of course you have frizzy hair now, what do you think the chemicals in a perm do, they fry your hair. You are probably tyring to brush it to. NEVER brush permed hair, use a wide tooth comb, and put hair gel in it or mousse. Go get the ends trimmed and hopefully that will help. Good luck!!

every chemicle makes hair dry.
if you had healthy hair before perm maybe your hair dresser kept the lotion for a long time than needed.
buy a good Leave in conditioner and instead of putting gel pyt conditioner in your hair , you will be OK
you can also get the ends trim.

It just sounds like your hair is damaged. Get a good intensive conditioner and also a protective spray to put in to protect against heat. I use practicall the whole line of K-Pak by Joico and it has helped my hair a lot.
