OOOOOOOOOOOO, one of my favorites. I like alpine lace cheese, over a nice mound of roast beef on a white roll. Lightly toasted under the broiler, with peppercinis (I doubt if that is spelled right, but spell check can't figure it out either) and horseradish/mayo sauce. Tasty.

Peace.

Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato on a crusty roll with either mayo or just butter. Also delicious is a roast beef with horseradish if you want something a bit kickier!

Whatever you want - and depends if it's a hot roast beef sandwich or a cold one.

On a hot one I put on rye bread with melted swiss and cover all in brown mushroom gravy.

If it's cold I put on Italian bread with provolone cheese, pickle slices lettace and tomatoe.

Toasted hoagie, buttered, with roast beef, sauteed mushrooms onions and green peppers, topped with provolone or Swiss. It's so good. You need a fork to eat it!

COLD: Horseradish
HOT: Beef or homestyle gravy
(Or shred, put on English muffin half; cover with Cheddar and broil until cheese melts.)
