One of my coworkers calls it "dark matter". I call it "black magic". It's supposed to be good for your brain and have anti-oxidants. It'll probably kill you, too.

I call it Dark Chocolate and there are several 'grades' within the product line of any given company, just as there are different grades of milk chocolate,...... but there is the most bitter, darkest, called Chocolate Liquor - no it's not an alcoholic drink...... it's used in cooking, etc.

Its a trick question, isn't it? Its still Dark Chocolate as far as I know or Cocoa if you prefer.
