E) All of the above

just in a separate order. You should do b first, then a, then c, and then d. You know what d is, that's the whole reason you bought the drink in the first place lol

I wouldnt pick A, because if he offers to buy me a drink without even talking to me or introducing himself, then i would just assume one thing: that he wants to loosen me up so he can take me home later. I would not want a guy to do C because if he starts off just trying to be funny, i would probably just be annoyed because, once again, he didnt just introduce himself. I would have to pick B: introduce yourself and make small talk. This is the most respectable one. He is not being too forward, but not being too standoffish. It is the most "gentlemen" like answer in your list. Guys, if you are reading this, DONT BE TOO FORWARD WHEN TRYING TO PICK UP WOMEN..just be cool, calm, and collected and the rest will fall into place. Good luck.

Definately (B) Don't use lame pickup lines or try to be funny on your opening statement. As far as buying her a drink that can come later in the conversation. By just offering small talk shows her that u are interested in her and her reaction will let u know if she also is interested.

D).. If you start by buying the drink without even talking yet then you may come off as a total sleeze... if you just come up and just start giving them a line.. your basically a cocky fool... best bet make eye contact .. if a girl is interested she will let you know... then start by saying hi ... not too invasive and not too low key things will progress from there if both of you are interested

I would have to say, make a small joke to lighten the load, them if she keeps smiling introduce yourself, Theres nothing wrong with a little harmeless male flirtation.

B. Some women are offended by a man trying to buy her a drink, and some guys think they're funny but really aren't.
OR
D. Sometimes I just want to be left alone.

d.) H e should do what he came over to do.... Buy himself a drink, or it could be A-C... It is not set in stone that if a guy sits next to you he should do A., B., or C.,- I mean who are you supposed to be... What if he is there with someone or waiting on someone... Just cause he sat next to you does not mean he entitled to do anything other that sit there and do what he was gonna do even if you were not sitting there...

If he doesn't respond first, introduce yourself and then he should offer to buy you a drink!

I don't know if any of the choices would work on me. Small talk is a good one, probably the safest and best to use on a worthwhile girl. Yeah, I'd say C.

I would have to say...first B, mixed with a little C, and then after a bit A. So yeah....all of the above, but in the right order.
