I want arts and sciences emphasized.

Good luck! You may want to find out if there are any support groups in your area. Many are not religious-based, I know in our area there are several non-religious groups to choose from. If you find one then you can talk to other parents and get ideas from them also.

this style of documents will be suspect. HSLDA, that is a conservative Christian homeschooling crew, has accrued lots of study through the years yet I doubt that they ask homeschoolers outside of their crew so the documents will be obviously slanted. some states do not require homeschoolers to sign in and some others have them sign in through deepest faculties, so how every person will be able to the contact them i'm not constructive. In my state of Florida, i have seen the massive statewide crew touting documents that they characterize really a tiny fraction of homeschoolers; that maximum homeschoolers in Florida are literally not area of any help crew. I doubt that we are the really state like that. And which means it will be almost not plausible to receive a honest sampling of homeschoolers. i have seen it reported that many homeschoolers claimed religious or moral causes because the major ones for homeschooling years in the past, yet right now it variety of feels that the low tutorial criteria and college protection are extra compelling to many homeschoolers.
