when a bartender is interested in you and not just for a hook-up. there is this guy who works at the corner bar and yelled"i love you" to me when i left one night,but i just kept walking out. he has my number and he has never used it.

If he has your number and has never used it, then I doubt he is interested in you. He may be interested in a booty call, but thats about it.
