My suggestion would be to put a blanket over the maps and iron the blanket. The heat will go through but not enough to harm it.

Get a couple of pieces of heavy cardboard, a little larger than the map. Place it between your mattress & box spring and sleep on it for a week and that should help.

You can't, but they do fade with time. Also don't forget to put heavy tape on the corrners so they wont rip.

I'm sure if you frame it tightly the creases will come out eventually. Also, frames look classier anyway.

try laying a slightly humid towel on top of it and ironing it.
