Can the State or Supreme Court take your citzenship away from you for any reason?

If you were born to illegal parents, then technically, you are illegal and the laws may soon be allowed to ship you off to your family's origin. If you were born in another country and have commited a felony offense, then they can revoke your citizenship and have you deported. Under no circumstances can the government take away your citizenship if you were born here legally from parents who were either born here or have immigrated here legally.

I don't think so. I know someone who was born in the US and spent a good amount of time in another country, but his status as a US citizen was never revoked. He did, however, had to renew his passport in order to go to the US.

That's the one thing that can't be taken away you can give it up but unless you do renounce your citzenship, the state our feds can lock you up forever they can sentence you to death for you trangressions but they can't take away your nationality.

oh yes they can,an they do,if you join a army from a differant country ect....there are many ways to loose your citzenship.

You can renounce your citizenship and immigrate to another country.
