How do ou say"will you go out with me" if you are shy, or unsure if they like you. Also how do you tell if she likes you, how can you send tjhem that you like them?

This may not be a popular answer, but I find the best approach is to just come out and say 'you have a fantastic a*se' or 'you have fantastic breasts'. Thats the approach I use, and usually the girl is so impressed by the courage,that usually the response is 'thank you very much, do you want a squeeze'! And these are genuinely nice girls! I've learnt over the years that beating around the proverbial bush or being anyway shy or coy gets you nowhere with the ladies, but the direct approach is so much better. Like have you ever gone up to a girl in a nightclub and just kissed her without saying anything? They love it!

Dont do it over MSN. Do it in person. She will admire you more if you are shy and do it to her face. If she says no its not the end of the world. The worst thing she could do is say no. And trust me, I bet everyone at some point has had a rejection, I have! (but dont look at it like that. Look at it like she wasnt the one for me, someone else will like me...etc) Just say would you like to go for a drink one time or go for a meal somewhere where you can talk. I dont know how old you are, so pick one of them. I wouldnt really ask her to the cinema becuse :
a) you cant have a conversation there and get to know her
b)she might think you just want to get into her pants!
c) you cant read her body language in the dark.
But i'd ask her when shes alone not in front of her mates, it might be a bibt embarrassing for both of you! hope that helps! x

As you are 13 and she doesn't live nearby, then I would focus, for the time being, on developing your friendship with her and getting to know her that way. Let her know how much you like and appreciate her as a friend and don't be shy in telling her if you really enjoy the 'communcations' you have together, in whatever form they may currently be. I wouldn't be in too much of a hurry if you are not currently sure how she feels about you. The more you two get to know each other as friends, the more you will become aware of how much you like each other and whether you really 'click' or not ... so your decision about whether to ask her out may be answered for you and you never know, she may ask you out!!! Or, if you are not happy with this more patient way, just be brave and ask her out, she can only say no!

Just ask. If she likes you then she does but if she dont then she dont. There are plenty of other fish in the sea. You will find the right person for you. Dont be shy if you like her tell her. Come forward with your feelings

If you're asking how you do it on the Internet (I don't know what "msn" is.), you can basically write the same thing or ask her if she'd like to meet. (I met my husband that way.)

well you wouldn't want to do it over msn to begin with. girls think that is kinda wierd. they will be more nervious if you ask them in person so it would kinda imediate an answer. if you are shy then don't ask them out right away just ask them to hang out. just hang out, that way she can kinda feel you around a bit. ask her to lunch or brunch or something like that. not to dinner because it's more romantic save that for later. then ask her if she wants to go to a movie or something, or ask her to your place for dinner and a rented movie. you have to start out slow and once you get to know her then you can ask her out. because she wouldn't be hanging out with you so much if she didn't like you. and don't worry when to ask it will come to you.

I would ask outright if she liked you and if she does would she like to go for a meal, cinema, drink.
Honesty and confidence are big factors.
