I hate any combination shots in general - and it is never a good idea to vaccinate a sick dog. Sounds like you need to find out what the dogs have to know if it is contageous. If more than one is coughing - sounds like it is. Call the vet.

Take them to a vet. Something can be wrong, even though the puppies do not act sick. The vet can also answer your question about the 5 in 1 shot. If in doubt, call a vet clinic, and they can give you advice over the phone.

I never use or get the 5 way vaccine at all. Distemper and Parvo are my main concerns.....but sometimes I will get a 4 way.....NEVER a 5 way. AVMA and AAHA do not even recommend any more than the 4 way.
Aks the vet as far as the coughing goes. Always check for fever before giving vaccines!!!

yes they should be quarantined ASAP.

It sounds like they have Kennel Cough. Get them away from each other and from any other dog.

You should take them to the vet and get them some antibiotics.

Kennel Cough is highly contagious to other dogs.

Teh syptoms you described are similar to that of kennel cough

One shot ought to do it if you get them right between the eyes.
