apply neutrogena sun block (in the highest spf you can find) before every time you go outside, and then every hour you continue to be outside. This will protect the scars from the sun which makes the scars harder to fade on their own. also, I have heard that palmers cocoa butter for stretch marks works wonderfully on scars too.

I use a cream known as scarzone, takes a while but it works. In the same section you would find this cream there are other forms of scar reducing applications. Such as silicone pads, these are a bit more expensive so I don't have any feedback for those.

It depends how old the scars are but there are scar creams that help to reduce the appearance of scars. They do work but you have to be diligent about using them

Depends....if recent and superficial, they'll probably go away on their own.....significant scarring should be evaluated by a Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist.
