Hot oil with a pinch or two of rosemary thrown in. Cook very quickly turning when browned. The rosemary gives them a superb flavour and fills the kitchen with a nice smell!

We love this one...best of grilled (stovetop or BBQ)
MARINATED PORK CHOPS
12 PORK CHOPS (w/ bone)
Marinade:
1 C salad oil ¼ C Worcestershire sauce
¾ C soy sauce ½ C chopped onion
½ C lemon juice 2 t cracked pepper
¼ C mustard 4 cloves minced garlic
Combine marinade and pour over pork chops. Marinade min 3 hrs.
We serve this with a Cabbage Salad:
Cabbage Salad
Serves: Many (small head 8-10 people)
From: Randy’s cousin Mary
1 C Green Onions, slice
1 head cabbage cut in 1” squares (I often use ½ green & ½ red cabbage)
1 package Top Ramen (I use chicken flavor)
¾ C sliced almonds
½ C sunflower seeds
1. Combine onions and cabbage. Cover and chill until serving*.
2. Sauté crushed Top Ramen noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds in butter. Keep separate until serving*.
Salad dressing*:
3 T vinegar ½ t salt
2 T Sugar ½ t pepper
½ C oil 1 seasoning package of Top Ramen
Shake well and chill.
Step 1, 2 and 3 can be prepared and kept separate day(s) prior and put-together before serving. Best if salad has had 5-30 min or so to sit, meld flavors/textures.
We normally have this during the summertime....however, really good year 'round and easy to make for a crowd.

u have a few choices
1) u could cook them on a low oven heat in cider ( strongbow the best) then after cooked mix the liquid with a teaspoon of brown sugar and honey for a awsome sauce.
2) wrap them indervidually in foil then place them into water in a poan in the oven this will poach them and they will be very tender
3) grill them. But in a saucepan mix 3 dessert spoons of any jam with wine or cider...bring to the boil then simmer for 10 mins. put the chops on top of some mashed spuds mixed with diced onion then pour over the sauce.
STOPPING NOW AS THIS IS MAKING ME HUNGRY
HAPPY EATING

Blue Cheese, Bacon and Chive Stuffed Pork Chops
To add another twist, add fresh chopped apples and pecans to the blue cheese mixture.
2 boneless pork loin chops, butterflied
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
2 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
garlic salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a shallow baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the blue cheese, bacon and chives. Divide into halves, and pack each half into a loose ball. Place each one into a pocket of a butterflied pork chop, close, and secure with toothpicks. Season each chop with garlic salt and pepper. Place in the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or it may take longer if your chops are thicker. Cook until the stuffing is hot, and chops are to desired degree of doneness. Garnish with fresh parsley.

There are tons of other things you could use for sauce depending on your tastes my favorite way to make them is using butter flavored cooking spray or the buttery popcorn oil or you could just use a bit of butter or margarine, and some herbs and spices my favorite is cajun seasoning.

Try southern style, lightly breadedthen pan fried, or try them on the BBQ with your favorite sauce, or if they are thick centercut chops, make a light stuffing and bake them. Porkchops are good cooked anyway as long as they are not overcooked.
