Here's a cool trick,
Collect all the old unused cell phones you can, put them in a box in your car. Go to an old or independant gas station that doesn't have any cameras.
Fill up your tank and then proceed to the attendant, tell him/her you forgot your wallet/purse at home, but if you can leave your cell phone with him/her, you'll be right back with the money. (This takes a little bit of acting practice to get it down convincingly)
