No, God is not the greatest invention of man.

Peanut butter is!

But while peanut butter is tastier, it doesn't remind me about innate goodness.

The GOD is EMPTINESS- NOTHING….!!!
====================================
Once upon a time, 20 billions of years ago, all matter
(all elementary particles and all quarks and
their girlfriends- antiparticles and antiquarks,
all kinds of waves: electromagnetic, gravitational,
muons… gluons field ….. etc.) – was assembled in a “single point”.
It is interesting to think about what had surrounded the “single point”.
The answer is :
EMPTINESS- NOTHING….!!!
Ok!
But why does everyone speak about EMPTINESS- NOTHING in
common phrases rather than in specific, concrete terms?
I wonder why nobody has written down this EMPTINESS- NOTHING in
the form of a physical formula ? You see, every schoolboy knows that
is possible to express the EMPTINESS- NOTHING condition
by the formula T=0K.
* * *
Once there was a “Big Bang”.
But in what space had the Big Bang taken place
and in what space was the matter of the Big Bang distributed?
Not in T=0K?
It is clear, that there is only EMPTINESS, NOTHING, in T=0K.
Now consider that the Universe, as an absolute frame of reference is
in a condition of T = 2,7K (rests relic radiation of the Big Bang ).
But, the relic radiation is extended and in the future will change and decrease.
What temperature can this radiation reach?
Not T=0K?
Hence, if we go into the past or into the present or into the future,
we can not escape from EMPTINESS- NOTHING T=0K.
Therefore it is necessary to begin
to think about the GOD from T=0K.

Dear Kuppu,

No the awesome uncreated Creator of the universe was not created by mankind.

Mankind however has created a vast number of religions and ways to worship God and has failed miserably.

That is why Jesus came to show us the Way. While we were yet dead in our sins, Christ died for the ungodly.

I have accepted Him as my LORD and Savior. Have you?

To answer your second question:
I learned about God in Sunday school at the church my dad belonged to. It was a very good start for me. But I learned the most by simply reading the Bible and asking my heavenly Father to help me to know Him better. That is something that delights Him.

I first read the Bible from cover-to-cover in 1992 and it was so good that I couldn't put it down. I finished it in 90 days. Now I read a Bible from cover-to-cover each year. This year I am reading The Daily Bible in Chronological Order.

The greatest invention of man is babies so that the human evolution is not hindered. And of course a bottle of Jack Daniels and a romantic dinner goes a long way to achieve that.

Yes, I can't think of another human creation that's had as much world impact as "god" in all its forms. I don't think this invention is about expressing innate goodness so much as another convenient way to not take responsibility.

Ur limited thinking of the creation concept will never allow u to understand fully that God is there and he has created all the universe ... if we create the universe, then who take cares of us while we sleep or take a nap or busy? who holds the sky up? who protects us? who saves u from ur worst fears ? its GOD ... have u ever seen a ship without a captain? a car without a driver ? we all must be grateful to God coz he created us , whats before number 4? its 3, and b4 3? its 2,and b4 2? its ONE ... nth b4 one..God is the first and the last ... if u dont belive in God coz u cant see him..then u must not believe in the air,or in the sound coz they r invisible too!!

Man did not create God, God created man. Some forms of religion however are manmade. I believe in the one and only God and that God is not manmade, that one God created the entire universe and everything in it. You should try to ask God for forgiveness and ask God to show you that God is real and then maybe perhaps your negative thinking would go away. I feel a sense of you yearning to find out if God is real, perhaps you should ask God yourself. Good luck finding God! God is real!

God, and religion was invented by man. I don't see how you come up with the conclusion that god reminds ourselves about innate goodness. Religion is not exactly known for peace and goodness. Its history is full of corruptness, violence, murder, rape, abuse, stealing and many more crimes against humanity.

Yeah sure. Thats right uh huh ok. .... Now what? If you believed that you would be here in religion and spirituality for one of two reasons.
1. You are a real disrespectful jerk.
2. You are trying to validate your beliefs that are shakey and unsecure.

Just an observation.
May GOD richly bless you anyway.
