Yes it is possible, but is it healthy? You should set a goal for yourself that is like I will lose 3 pounds a week. In 6 weeks you be about 18 pounds less.

Increase your walk to 1 hour and do it twice a day. Morning and early evening when it is still bright. Eat healthy salads and cut your carbs in half. Drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Strictly no desserts and sugary stuff. I still think you'd manage about 10 lbs, with good progress maybe 15, but I don't think 20 is a possibility. Work on 10 by the first week of December, then think 15, anything more will be a bonus!

It's possible, but, between now and xmas, your serving sizes will have to be smaller than what you've previously been doing.
6 days a week of jogging/walking, preferably, first thing in the morning. More jogging than walking. Don't waste money on diet pills. Diet pills are essentially "speed" or some variation of methamphetimines. That's not healthy for your body and you'll find yourself becoming addicted to them. Being overly addicted to chemicals will ruin any benefit you'd get from losing weight.
Believe in yourself and be honest with yourself.
No pizza, milk, cheese, chips, snacks between meals (other than an apple), avoid starches such as bread, rice, pasta. You can eat them, but only a small serving of them such as one slice of bread or a small bowl of rice.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

That's quite a bit of weight to lose by Dec. 25. Cut your carbs. Bread, white rice, sugar, anything made with flour. Try South Beach Diet. It's pretty good.
Good luck and don't lose too much too fast. That's not healthy either!

Sorry but you will need to buy multivitimins and calcium pills to help you lose weight. I think you need Nexagen USA's Jen Fe Next Fat Loss Patch. This stuff really works. For testimonies go to www.nexagenusa.com/nsolorio and for product info as well.
Distributors are needed all around the USA.

It might be possible but it would be really unhealthy. It's best to lose only 1-2 pounds a week. A pound of fat= 3500 calories, so if you want to lose 1 pound of fat in a week you can just eat 500 calories less a day. good luck!!

Another question: Do you want to keep it off after xmas? That's an extreme amount of weight in that short amount of time. If you modify your diet to get it off by xmas you might not be able to maintain that life style later. The weight may come back with a vengence.

buy some duct tape and tape your mouth closed so that no food will enter. Start walking and running every day. Just drink water and eat nothing but fruit and vegetables. See if this will do the trick. The tape was just a joke.
