I think it ok as long as you do not have too many

Just don't eat too many. There are some low fat granola bars out there. Granola is healthy for you. As for anything that is healthy, there is still "too much of a good thing". You can eat too much healthy foods and it be not too good for you. I always like to say, don't deprive yourself of foods you like just because u r on a diet. This will make you want the food even more, just have some(small amount) and call it good. I have lost weight myself and also worked at the same place that I went to lose it(Weight Watchers). Check out Weight Watchers website for ideas(weightwatchers.com)

No. Most granola bars on the market are loaded with sugar and simple carbs are the last thing you need on a diet. I would avoid them.

Yes you can, but eat meals and snacks in moderation. If you need to lose more fat, try Nexagen USA's Jen Fe Next Fat Loss Patch. This stuff really works. For testimonies go to www.nexagenusa.com/nsolorio and for more product info as well.

Distributors needed all around the USA.

Not the best choice but go to the granola aisle and look at the labels pick the best option. But anything in moderation is fine. One a day shouldnt do you any harm.

Make sure to check the nutrition facts at the grocery store to see which brand is best for your diet. Another option is to make your own granola. The advantage is that you know exactly what your putting in.

Absolutely! Its not so much what you eat, but how much. When I was dieting, I actually had chocolate every day, but I counted it toward my overall caloric intake. Try lowfat granola bars if you'd like.

Just make sure to look at all food labels. Granola bars are usually high in total fat. But the most important ones to look at are saturated fat, trans fat and sugar.

go for the more natural ones...like Kashi products. generally located in the organic section. then your not getting all the fake fattening ingredients.
