Traditionally caviar is served on ice - usually in its tin. Caviar is spooned with a mother-of-pearl spoon. The traditional accouterments for caviar are: trimmed plain white toasted bread triangles, finely chopped sweet onions, finely chopped egg, lemon wedges, and or creme fraiche.
