Depending on where you live you best would be able to learn at a community college. Also get to know several native speakers, friends or some outreachs at the college to conyinuingly freshen. Don't move on to the next section or learn more until you are completely comfortable

go to school. You can get packages on your computer. Rosetta Stone is real good. If you want to master the language do all of the above and then move to Mexico for a good year or two. Submersion!!

Try the Rosetta Stone Series. You can borrow it at a library (that's where I borrowed mine) or you can spend about 300 dollars at rosettastone.com or try ebay. Hope this helps.
