id be more inclined to move closer to the mountains. Like checking out the kelowna, penticton, cranbrook areas. Smaller population and only a few hours from the majestic mountian range.

I always wanted to check out vancouver because of the multi-cultural mosiac. Long story.

Depends on want you are looking for. For an up-scale, quality of life kind of place: Victoria. For a more cosmopolitan, eclectic, swinging kind of place: Vancouver.

Depends on what you are looking for...its pretty diverse. :) I always loved Kelowna; but the houses there are the most expensive in Canada.
