Not a patent. You mean a copyright. Start out by doing a search for "how to get a copyright" on the internet

I think the best way to have your own quotes. Is to just write them. Or even better, write a book in which your thoughts are put in the mouths of the characters.
You would then write your thoughts in small sentences. which is usually the looks o fa 'quote'. People would read them. And then quote you. That's why they're called 'quotes'.
Another thing you could do to have quotes of your own around the world is talking with people and hope to god they say it was you the original sayer.
But then they are usually seen with the name 'Anonymous' in front of them. And you can't just 'walk in' and say "I was the one who said that! Give me popularity!"
So I guess your best choice would be to write them and hope to god someone would find them a few days after you were dead.
that's what I'm doing.
