Use Kerastase Nutritive Serum. This is the best serum for frizzy and unruly hair. It is expensive, but you can get better deals on ebay.

I have to use a leave-in conditioner. I don't really mind since it smells nice. Also, I try not to get my hair wet every-other time I shower. It seems that what keeps my hair "weighted" is the oils, etc. in it.

Aveda hang straight on wet hair before blow drying and then Aveda Light Elements Smoothing Fluid when your hair is dry :) Works extremely well for me.
