I think it means your boyfriend doesn't really realize what he has and has settled in a bit too much. He now feels like he has snagged you so he doesn't feel the need to compliment you anymore. You really need to have a talk with him. Because sooner or later he will start getting jealous because all these people are complimenting you. He will start thinking things that are not true. If that talk doesn't help, then you need to show him how much of a snag he DOESN'T have.

He is either taking you for granted or is feeling like what's the point of complimenting you if you're getting compliments everywhere else. I understand the second one, VERY well!
