If you are overusing laxatives as a way of losing weight, there's a good chance you're not eating healthy either. Both of those things can lead to hair loss because you aren't allowing your body to absorb the nutrients it needs for common things which will effect your hair, skin, nails and teeth.
If you only occasionally take a laxative for it's appropriate use, it should not be causing hair loss.
Shampoos almost never cause hair loss - they are tested entirely too many times for that.

Recently I have started to lose literally chunks of my georgeous beautiful thick hair and I can see no other cause besides the fact that I haven't been eating well and are now taking the laxatives! I belive that the laxatives are the cause and mixed with my unhealthy diet making it worse!! Going to try and take some extra vitamins see if this helps ! Laxative abuse can cause the hair to fall out, as when one is abusing laxatives all nutrients literally go down the drain. No nutrients = hair loss. If you are not abusing laxatives, and only use them once in a while, then no, there would not be hair loss from their use.

If you're abusing laxatives your hair can definitely be affected. Not due to anything in the laxatives themselves but due to the fact that the practice of ANY eating disorder will cause an unbalance in your system. It will cause deficiencies of all sorts. You will be adversely affected in MANY ways. You may need to seek professional help for your disorder.

Any thing chemical that enters into your body could cause a complication. That said, it is quite possible that your laxative versus your shampoo is doing that to your hair. Take lots of fruit instead.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://tr.im/HairLossTreatments
While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.
