No, you are not gay....you just want to experience it......In my opinion a truly gay person.....not just wants sex with a person of the same sex, but they also want to be involved with the person romantically.

It depends on whether it was your idea or an idea that someone gave to you. A lot of straight women start thinking about getting with a girl becasue they know that men like it, or because a man asked them to. In that case they are not bi.
If you are attracted to women and develop feelings towards them that includes sexual arousal, then you are Bi.
Your own words: "I would allow a girl to give me oral" clearly indicates that you were succcumbing to pressure and that you are not bi, merely weak.
