Unless you are mixing with milk, cream, coconut milk, etc., there is no fat in alcohol. Alcohol, is fattening, however. I think beer is the worst, i.e. beer bellies! Also, any drink that is mixed with a fattening substance is also bad in that respect. I think red wine might be a good choice, but it will put weight on you just like anything else if you over-indulge.

There is no fat in alcohol so they are all equal in calories: 7 calories/gram.
