I bought a punching bag cause i like to hit on stuff and it's a good way to release stress sometimes.. If i hit it hard every day will i get some serious muscles? cause I'm a bit thin and it's an exercise in a way.. any advice please?

yes punching bag makes your fists stronger so as your shoulders and some parts of tricep and bicep! actually if you box right you gonna be moving your whole body parts! see what Im trying to say here is before you box, try to learn HOW to box! its not just punching randomly like that! boxing involves side steps, special stance, special movement... I am telling you this because I have been practising muai thai and ju-jitsu for 4 years. our first lesson was is how to punch correctly...When you learn that you will feeeel so much pressure on your shoulder,shrugs and your whole arms...if you practise the correct form of punching daily for a week, I would say you gonna notice some great results with your form and your body too :)

Biceps and triceps will benefit commonly staying power/p.c. musle, not power. Abs come into play as you do bypass punches and practice bobbing and weaving. making a forceful punch calls for your upperbody and lowerbody to bypass in unison. subsequently, your center and legs muscular tissues could develop better through the years to boot.
