No yahoo does not have a free dial up.
yahoo handles high speed internet though cable or phone companies, yahoo just ast a sthe biller and provider.

I understand their is as good as any other dail up . you would have a lot ot advertizing. as with most dial ups without software to stop it.
The are usally severa companies around with prices in the 10 bucks a month range. check your area.

The only free net services I have ever heard of are Netzero which is charging. Kmart also have dial up for free, but is not in service anymore.
