I'm gonna agree with above. Find somewhere mellow and get away from all the drunkeness and yobs. Find a quiet spot, wrap up warm, have a picnic, light some candles, chill out with friends, family or some one extra special!

Edinburgh by a long way. Spend some time in a pub before the bells, go and stand on the bridge over waverly station to watch the fireworks, wish everyone a happy new year, snog a few locals or tourists. Go back to the pub, make loads of new friends, then go clubbing.

Edinburgh has the biggest and best street party in the UK. You will have the best time if you come here and the atmosphere is electric! And it's called Hogmany!

The Red lion. We went to the one in Old town Stevenage Herts and had a blast.......Will be there again this New Years Eve.
