Report to the RBI complaint cell .
They will initiate a proper compaint and the bank will contact and apologise and pay all your expenses. Its the only thing thats gonna work.

Dear Rangnath

If the bank is not responding to your grievances it can be only on two counts; Firstly they are at the wrong end or secondly they are either very busy or not properly organised.

You have not mentioned about the reply you received after 18 days. If the reply received is not to your satisfaction or not convincing you can approach to the Customer Grievance cell of the Bank.

Moreover there is a Customer Grievance Cell combined for all banks in every big city. Approach them. Most such cells have a toll free telephone number to register your complaint.

Alternatively another very effective remedy is available thru Banking Ombudsman. If the decision with banking ombudsman goes against you you have a right to appeal to another court. But if the decision goes against the bank, bank is not having any such right. No charges are required for filing complaint to Banking Ombudsman.

So check your case and if you are convinced that bank has done injustice to you, go ahead and approach Banking ombudsman.

Any credit card provider in India is a group of thickskinned roques who simply donot careabout the interests of the customers. I'm still fighting SBI credit cards ( biggest b a s t a r d s ). I've been given an interim order from consumer court restraining them from making any recovery of the disputed amount. Still their recovery department calls me very month for the settlement of bills and their language beats any street mean machine.
Dont leave them easily take them to court and demand an apology for all the inconvenience they have caused to you

BTW is it something like what happened to the friend here?

time period's like "Anti-American" or "Unpatriotic" are cutting-part day equivalent of a twentieth century idea common as Nationalistic Propaganda. in very truth without grievance you've purely censorship, freedom of speech is the U. S. first modification. no human being must be categorised as a "criminal of the state" for speaking up adverse to a authorities. that is their opinion, make your human being on your human being suggested judgment. words like "Anti-American" and "Unpatriotic" are literally not to this point removed from an similar thoughts that make sure "enemies of the state" or "terrorists," that are risky accusations to be made, purely because of someone pointing out their opinion. If someone says something you disagree with, communicate up adverse to it, do not bash the guy, defeat their argument.

Suing is more expensive.
But a threat to sue will solve the matter.
You personally visit the bank with copy of evidence & fire them.
Threat is more powerful than execution!!
