i've seen people throwing that stuff away and its like wasting, cause that thing taste pretty good. i could just take a spoon and eat it.

It's called "crab butter" in a crab and it's just fat. It's what gives the meat such a good flavor!

It's just fat from the crab/lobster. It's a personal preference really. Some people like it, others don't.

I think everything in the crab is edible except the gills. That yellow/orange stuff is pretty good, kinda buttery. yum!
