Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

well, you can always try adjusting your sleep schedule. i have insomnia too, as well as anxiety and i know how hard it can be. adjusting your schedule won't be a miracle cure all but it did help me some. what time do you normally fall asleep? (lets say 4 a.m.) Monday's bedtime will be 4 a.m. Tuesday's bedtime will be 3:30 a.m. Wednesday's bedtime will be 3:00 a.m. Thursday's bedtime will be 2:30 a.m. Friday's bedtime will be 2:00 a.m. Saturday's bedtime will be 1:30 a.m. Sunday's bedtime will be 1:00 a.m. just keep working like that in half hour increments and eventually your body will get on a more natural sleep schedule. it also helped me to cut out any caffeine and sugary foods in my diet, as well as turning off the t.v. and my phone and just sitting in the dark/quiet an hour before i tried to sleep. i hope this helps!

Yeah..you can consult your Doctor about giving you a prescription for a sleep aid called "Ambien" (Zolpidem Tartrate) It has helped thousands of people with insomnia get a great nights rest. But it's only available through prescription.

hot drinks before bed, warm bath with lavender oil, read something relaxing.Normally people who can't sleep have things on their mind so writing down any worries you have before you go to bed might help.
