I used to say it every time I had to change a pooy nappy.
I think it was my sons first sentence.

Not once, I don't say that. But some hours I do let out exasperated groans, especially when my daughter is crying- she is 18 months old and has started to go through the tantrum phase, with a very high pitched screaming whiney cry.....
