My girlfriend and I both ate it, and now she's puking her guts out this morning. I'm crapping every hour. Could this be salmonella?

It is possible, however, you will need to go to the doctor and have cultures done to determine whether if Salmonella is the culprit.
Salmonella is H2S positive and will produce gas, I take it smells like rotten eggs when you toot?
To get a difinitive answer, you will need a culture and a look see by a doctor.

Sounds like you got some food poisoning. Take in a lot of water during this time because you will be getting dehydrated.
