The Scripture says, Do not forsake the ASSEMBLING of yourselves TOGETHER as the manner of some men is." Meaning that worship in groups was ordained by God to give us a "strength in numbers" look at life so that we can bear one another's burdens up to God. We shouldn't reject the institution of the Church, even though Christ lives in us because the road does get rough at times and you never know who God might send your way in church to comfort and/or instruct you.

Fellowship,
just because live in god or time space as it were the alpha and the omega we are bound to a higher place but must spread the fellowship of god to each other.
it's a learning process for us because we are not omnipresent.

Because His son asked us to gather ourselves together and learn, worship, and share (Hebrews 10:24 and 25) And if we really believe in an omnipresent God and want to please Him, we do the things that will.

Because Jesus told us to. He said "forsake not the assembling of yourself together as is the manner of some." He wants us to have fellowship with other Christians. And also He wants us to hear his Word taught. That is why he gave us appostles, teachers, evangelists, preachers etc. I guess it boils down to Because He said so.
